What happens to your address

Who’s collecting it.
educagents.ai (a sole proprietorship) is the data controller for this list. Questions about anything on this page: privacy@educagents.ai.
Why we’re asking.
To email you when early access opens and, if you picked a tool to build and are among the first 100 who did, to arrange reviewing and featuring it. Not to profile you, not to advertise to you, not to sell, rent, or trade your address, and not to add you to any other list.
What we store.
Your email address, the day you signed up, a note of which version of this text was on screen when you did, and — only if you choose to answer — which of the five roles you picked and which tool you’d build first. That’s the whole record. The tool answer tells us what to support first and decides the founding builder offer; it’s deleted with the rest of your record. Separately, if the link you arrived by carried a campaign tag (a Reddit post, say), we add one to that tag’s count for the day. The count is a tag, a date and a number. It isn’t stored with your record, and we don’t match the two up.
The birth-year question.
This list is for adults (18+). We ask for your birth year to check, and then we throw it away: we store a yes, not a year and not an age. If you tell us you’re under 18, we don’t create a record at all — no address, no year, nothing.

We ask. We don’t verify. Anyone can type a different year, and we’re not going to pretend otherwise or call this an age check that holds.
Please don’t type anyone else’s details.
You’ll notice there’s no free-text box on this form. That’s deliberate: teachers describing their classrooms end up naming students, and a marketing list is the wrong place for that — we have no agreement with your school that would let us hold it. Please keep other people’s details out of every field, including the address field.
How long we keep it.
Until you ask us to delete it, or 24 months from the day you sign up — whichever comes first. The 24-month deletion is automatic and runs whether you’ve heard from us or not.
Changing your mind.
Email privacy@educagents.ai from the address you signed up with and say “delete me.” We delete the record — the whole row, not a flag on it — and reply to confirm. No account needed, no reason needed. We answer within 30 days, and normally within a few days.
About the email we haven’t built yet.
We’re not sending anything today, because there’s no mailing system here yet. When we build one, every message will carry a working unsubscribe link, and we’ll tell you about it before the first email arrives. Until then, the line above — write to us — is the whole mechanism, and it works.
One thing that isn’t in your record.
To stop this form being hammered by bots, we keep a short-lived, one-way code derived from the network address a submission came from. It isn’t stored with your signup, it can’t be turned back into an address, and it’s deleted within 30 days.
What else we hold.
This list is the only personal data we hold about you. There are no accounts on this site, no tracking pixels, and no advertising tools.
Complaints.
If you think we’ve handled your data badly, tell us at privacy@educagents.ai. If you’re in the UK or the EU, you also have the right to complain to your national data protection authority.
